At the heart of our work is a deep dedication to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through prevocational training, supported employment, job coaching, and skill development.

Through our Job Development Program, we help individuals build workplace skills, gain confidence, and secure employment that aligns with their goals and abilities. Our team walks alongside each participant, offering the tools and encouragement they need to thrive in the workforce—and in life.
